Promoting roundnet in the Geneva region, and making it last.

The association

The Geneva RoundNet Association (GRNA) was founded with the main aim of promoting roundnet in the Geneva region. To that end, it also set up a club to keep the sport alive.

What began as a joke between friends, after discovering the sport over the summer, soon took off, following the lead of the other Swiss clubs while gaining in maturity and professionalism. Starting from about ten members who already knew each other, the association saw its ranks renew and swell, all its members united by a passion for the sport, while the club’s weekly training time grew just as fast. This progress reflects a growing enthusiasm.

Still with the aim of promoting the sport and making it last, the GRNA also works, under a mandate from the SESAC, to promote roundnet among young people in Geneva by visiting classes from 7P to 11H. Its goal is to open a youth club, as the Bern club has done.
